          Scottish Masonic Materials Committee.

The Scottish Masonic Materials Committee is a Sub Group of the Information & Communications Committee of Grand Lodge. I was recently appointed by Grand Lodge to represent the I.C.C. on the new group.

Recently the S.M.M.G. decided to conduct a survey to collate information on the records (Roll Books, Minute Books, etc )  that Lodges in Scotland hold. Grand Lodge has approved the Survey Form which has now been sent to all Lodges in Scotland . The Form can also be completed on line at, http://www.Grand-Lodge.net

I fully support the efforts of the Group and would commend their research activities to you.
